G.O.Ms.No.105, Dated: 20-09-2016 Modifications  for conduction of common summative  Assesment & Evalua tion of answer scripts

            Government of Andra Pradesh has issued a G.O.Ms.No.105 Dated:20-09-2016 - Modifications  for conduction of common summative  Assesment & Evalua tion of answer scripts S1, S2, S3 of classes VI & VII and S1&S2 of classes VIII to X at school level.

            Evaluation of answer scripts of S3 of CLASSES VIII &I X shall be done by external evaluation duly following the jumbling procedure .

            For giving weight age  for classes VIII&IX in classX only external evaluation marks will be taken into consideration.

            Further 5% answer scripts of all subjects of S1&S2 will be randomly selected for all schools for classes VI to X and evaluated by the special team nominated by the DEO under the supervision of DyEOs.

            Observer shall be deployed to ensure that no malpractice take place in the exams. Flying squads can also be deployed by the DEO if it is required to ensure the sanctity and integrity of summative exam process.O.Ms.No.9, Finance (PC.I) Department, dated: 18-01-2010.
